We are helping people in various places in different ways.
Recently, we helped the people with hard of hearing to get hearing aids for free from Starkey.
The regional manager from Starkey contacted us and came to our Ear clinic at NAHOH to seek help as to find hearing impaired people needing hearing aids so that they can distribute hearing aids in Kathmandu valley for free.
As we see people who cannot afford the hearing aids could be benefited with this program, we agreed to collect the bunch of hearing impaired persons needing hearing aids from Kirtipur, Thimi and also from other different places. We collected impressions from 150 patients and send to Starkey and as per their program. They distribute hearing aids last Sunday at Hotel Annapurna, Durbar Marg.
So we called the patients at Hotel Annapurna on the day , there altogether 138 patients came from the people we collected and also there present patients from others places too. So, these people could hear now and can communicate with other easily and also can work confidently. Also, almost people thanked us for calling and helping them.
We are also committed to help them further and they are also willing to contact us for other services like ear check up, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid maintenance, moulds making, battery whenever they needed.
